Reaching Out to
Underserved Nations

The Need We See

Throughout the third world there is a constant need for medical equipment and supplies, even when outdated by American standards. Hospitals in impoverished and developing nations typically function without even basic surgical supplies. This creates an inefficient, ineffective healthcare environment for both patients and medical practi-tioners. More bluntly, it costs lives.
MedGive thinks disposable medical supplies are meant be used before they’re discarded. So we collect unused, but excess medical supplies and distribute them to under-equipped hospitals and clinics around the world. We also collect, then donate excess durable medi-cal equipment throughout the developing world. Equipment that may be outmoded in our healthcare system. But is little short of a miracle at its final destination.
