Making a Difference
Jamaica

Since 2013 we have been working with partners in Jamaica to bring well – needed medical supplies and equipment to various hospitals and medical facilities across Jamaica. Through the efforts of the Bill Tingling, President of School News Nationwide and Medgive Foundation, a variety of medical equipment and supplies were donated. And that was just the beginning…

Medgive’s work continued with the Regional Hospitals Association. Numerous pallets were delivered to Kingston Public Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Jamaica and Mandeville Regional Hospital as well as other hospitals in the area.

Medgive.org recently provided medical supplies to the University of West Indies Medical Sciences. A total of 37,000 pieces of medical/surgical instruments and 440 medical clear safety glasses were delivered.
